HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED:

Shipping costs include actual postage cost, printing, packaging & collection by royal mail/courier.

DO YOU SHIP OVER SEAS:

We do ship abroad and have customers all over the world, however we are unable to offer shipping through our website, so with that in mind please contact us before placing an order

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER:

All items are cut to order.

Cutting is usually done within 7 to 10 working days, plus delivery time which can vary. However there may be slight delay at peak times. But we will notify you of these.

If your order is urgent or time sensitive then please notify us at the time of placing your order

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF IM NOT HAPPY:

All items are checked before despatch, however accidents do happen, so obviously if you receive a damaged item then, providing you notify us of any issues as soon as you become aware, then we will happily replace the damaged item free of charge or refund if the item was time sensitive and the dead line has passed. As items are made to order then unfortunately we cannot refund unless there is an issue with your item.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE MY ITEMS:

All our packaging is made from recycled materials, where possible. The boxes are made from recycled cardboard and our paper wrap is made from recycled materials and is fully recyclable. On occasions we do have to use alternatives however we always strive to keep up our green credentials. Not only do we purchase recycled boxes purely for the purpose we also re-use boxes that have been used before, and would hope that you re-use the packaging your items arrive in

WHICH COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES:

We mainly use the Royal Mail for all smaller parcels, however for larger or urgent parcels we will use one of a selection of couriers depending on who is offering the quickest service.​

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE WHAT I WANT ON YOUR SITE OR HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL I WOULD LIKE MADE:

By all means contact us we are always on the lookout for new ideas to add to our site, and as long as we are able to produce something within our constraints we are always willing to take on commissions or personalised items.

HOW DO I PAINT MY ITEMS:

For all our items we recommend craft acrylic paint, it’s readily available from all craft outlets and we have a range available for you to add to your order in our online shop. You shouldn’t need a sealer for acrylic, though the first coat will sink into the cut areas of your item so you’ll need several coats to get a smooth even finish. DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS:

If you are a trade customer and wish to order in bulk then please contact us, as although our prices are already incredibly low we will try to offer a bulk deal, just bear in mind we can’t offer huge discounts, but then I suppose every penny counts.

​WHAT WOOD DO YOU USE:​

We predominately use Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) in either 6mm or 18mm. All our wood is of the highest quality and we only use FSC certified products so you can rest assured that the item you have purchased has been made from ethically sourced timber that will ensure that forest are alive for generations to come

IS MDF DANGEROUS

All lot has been said about the formaldehyde content in MDF and there is a lot of scare mongering around the subject subject. certainly it would appear that when MDF was first introduced it did contain high levels of formaldehyde and some pretty nasty resins were used to bond the material, however times have changed. The resins used are now extremely safe and the formaldehyde content is actually lower that the natural content contained in soft woods such as pine (formaldehyde is a natural forming substance contained in all woods) meaning is is no more dangerous than pine, but please don’t take our word for it Google it for yourselves and please refer to proper research not Facebook or YouTube.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESIN PRODUCTS MADE OF:

All our resin products are made from high quality 2 part acrylic resin, which is  non toxic when cured, non yellowing and extremely hard and scratch resistant.

ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS EITHER EDUCATIONAL AIDS FOR SUPERVISED USE OR RAW UNFINISHED CRAFT BLANKS. THEY ARE NOT INTENDED AS TOYS AND AS SUCH MOST CARRY A 3 YEARS + AGE RECOMENDATION

ALL OUR ITEMS NEED TO BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, IF AN ITEM IS NOT PAID FOR WE WILL NOT CUT IT.
